Therapy
While understanding the past is essential, change can only occur in the present. I challenge my clients to be active partners in their therapy by working toward ongoing insight, growth, and change both in and outside of sessions. Our job together is to identify unhelpful patterns that contribute to your challenges. The main focus of therapy is to remove obstacles that prevent you from reaching your goals and having better relationships. I build trusting relationships with my clients by creating an atmosphere of comfort, kindness, and whole-hearted acceptance. Whether you seek to make a major change, overcome a life blow or obstacle, or to break a chronic pattern, I will meet you where you are at.

Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a space for collective healing, especially within POC communities where connection and shared understanding can counteract systemic harm. Gathering in community to heal is not new; it’s ancestral. Across cultures, people lone come together in circles to share stories, witness pain and resilience, and restore balance through collective care. Modern group therapy echos these ancient practices, reminding us that healing was never meant to happen alone. I offer a weekly women’s group for POC where identities and lived experiences can be shared, nervous systems can relax, and a collective exhale can take place in community.
