If you’ve found your way here, you might be feeling exhausted from holding it all together — managing high expectations, navigating old wounds, and trying to feel “okay” in a world that often doesn’t make space for your full humanity. You may have already done a lot of inner work, read the books, gone to therapy, or checked all the boxes — and yet something still feels unresolved in your body. You’re not alone in this experience.
In my practice, I focus on the integration of embodied healing. Where we don’t just talk about your struggles- we work through them in a way that helps your nervous system soften, repair, and reorient to a sense of calm and connectedness. Through somatic practice, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brainspotting, therapy becomes more than symptom relief and retelling traumas. I’m here to support you in shedding survival patterns that no longer serve you and move towards self-compassion and feeling whole. The journey of becoming whole through embodied healing is sacred, as our bodies carry stories that words alone can’t alway express. Trauma, stress, and programmed survival live in our nervous systems, shaping how we breathe, move, think, and connect.
My work honors the integration of the mind, body, and spirit through slowing down and listening to what the body needs in order to heal. Through this slowed and intentional work, we can reclaim connection, restore agency, and find peace within ourselves.
